Peer Support Program at Diabetes Queensland
Diabetes Queensland commissioned Aid Worthy to document four stories of indigenous Australians living with diabetes in Queensland. In an online mentoring and peer-support program each video profiles a indigenous person in the community who is managing their diabetes. The stories spark conversations among peers who going through similar health issues and the discussion helps people into make more informed choices.
